Guided imagery is a gentle practice that uses imagination to guide the mind to self awareness and emotional healing.
A person is invited to allow the mind to wander with intention. Introducing scenes, symbols, or experiences - involving nature, light, animals, or safe places - as a person brings up imagery, they pay attention to sensations, emotions, and inner responses they might be experience and this gives them insight into their inner world.
During this process, the body may release tension, emotions may surface more easily, and insight can arise without effort. What appears in the imagery often reflects inner needs, memories, or strengths in a symbolic and non-threatening way.
After entering your responses to this guided self-reflection, at the end, there will be explanations of what your answers might mean to you.
