Guided Path of Self Reflection

Guided imagery is a gentle practice that uses imagination to guide the mind to self awareness and emotional healing.
A person is invited to allow the mind to wander with intention. Introducing scenes, symbols, or experiences - involving nature, light, animals, or safe places - a person pays attention to sensations, emotions, and inner responses.

The body may release tension, emotions may surface more easily, and insight can arise without effort. What appears in the imagery often reflects inner needs, memories, or strengths in a symbolic and non-threatening way.

After entering your responses to this guided self-reflection, descriptions will be shown on the next page.

Imagine in your mind's eye that you are walking down a path.
